MRX forging ahead

mrxMRX is the system originally developed at JPY to share company email amongst staff. MRX seamlessly integrates Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with email without requiring you change either your existing CRM or email systems.

Last year we decided to commercialise MRX, offering it as a service, and have been awarded funding from the South East Development Agency to assist in doing this.

Essentially, MRX changes every employee's perspective away from working with individuals towards working with "threads". A thread could be a job, an order, a support incident, a company, a person, a department or whatever. In the original MRX, these threads were made up of emails - since everyone uses email - but part of development of MRX has been to include "voice" (i.e. phone calls) and instant messages such as texts. Indeed, MRX was a major driving force behind the architecture of our internal VoIP telephone system. We needed a VoIP system that was totally open to integration with MRX.
