Threads in the Cloud - It's Your Vote That Counts
After nearly 2 years of intensive R&D, we are thrilled to announce that our message sharing service, Threads , is now running in the Cloud. Threads started life over 5 years ago as a service we called MRX, which we developed to allow JPY staff to share mail. Customers that saw MRX loved it and asked if they could run it in their own companies. At that time, MRX needed to run on a dedicated in-house server, but as Cloud computing has evolved, we just knew it would become the perfect way to use MRX.
So we embarked on the Threads project to convert MRX into a totally-scalable Software as a Service. This has developed so that Threads can share any type of digital message including (VoIP) phone calls, texts and on-line chat. Only now is The Cloud sufficiently mature to provide all the resources that Threads needs.
We have two Pilot customers. Club Europe, a London-based firm specialising in school trips, and The Morgan Carn Partnership, a thriving architectural practice in Brighton. Both companies have the need to share messages in project-centric threads.
With Threads commercialisation in full swing, we are starting our marketing. And so our first requirement is a logo for Threads. We would really appreciate it you could look at the logos we have developed and let us know which you like best - and worst. Click here to vote.
