All that Jazz

dordogne JPY is pleased to have sponsored a very successful 6th Dordogne Jazz Summer School, held this year, not surprisingly, in the Dordogne region of France. The school attracted many aspiring jazz musicians, young and old, at what must be the most affordable access to some of Europe's top jazz performers and tutors. The standards at this year's course were as high as ever and only one evening degenerated into the mandatory heavy blues and Rock 'n' Roll session. This was soon quelled by the Jazz Police who quickly restored order and banned further use of the 3 offending chords.

Help required with Electronic Visiting Cards

visiting_card-1We have been working very hard on the next release of our email management/archiving product, MRXTM. A major new piece of functionality is support for importing Electronic Business cards, so-called vCards. Most email servers and some Customer Relation Management systems support the export of vCards, so we feel it is a perfect way of synchronising the MRXTM Business Directory with existing databases.

Cumulus speeds web previews

webCanto has updated Cumulus to version 7.5.1, which now has some small but important tweaks. It involves some enhancements to the server technology to make and store preview images, which is much faster than generating on-demand previews. So when clients log on to see previews, they are ready to download immediately.
