Many people across Europe are getting excited about the November 9th launch of the iPhone. HELIOS UB users have even more reason to be excited as UB+ will support secure remote access previews, layout documents, PDFs and print jobs from the iPhone.

This is likely to mean late nights in the design studio or print shop are drastically reduced as users will be able to access and view jobs from anywhere - like the pub for example. Seriously though, fully rendered Quark and InDesign files, even with transparencies, will be rendered accurately on the iPhone - which will be a comfort for anybody that needs to be absolutely sure print jobs are going to plan. If you have WiFi access to the internet, the iPod touch will also work the same way as it uses the same web browser.
