After turning the heads of Macworld and MacUser, achieving top scores from both with PresSTORE 3, Archiware has done it again. Beating big guns like Microsoft and FileMaker, PresSTORE 3 won the Macworld Editors Choice Award for Productivity Software.

The Macworld Awards is a black tie affair where all the major players in the Mac arena battle it out for the affections of the Macworld editorial team. This year, the other nominees included some of the biggest software companies in the world, but Archiware's PresSTORE triumphed.

Collecting the award was Dr John Yardley of JPY, and Dr Marc Batsckus of Archiware. John Yardley said,

"This award reflects the quality product engineering that has gone into PresSTORE and is justly deserved by Archiware. Equally important, it demonstates the growing acceptance of PresSTORE as the obvious choice for securing data in a mixed platform network. JPY is very proud to have assisted Archiware in gaining that position in the UK market."

This achievement came hot on the heels of a nomination for an award from Techworld. PresSTORE was nominated for the Storage Management Product of the year, for the second year in a row.
