In May this year, on hearing the news that TPI, distributor for Xinet products, had gone into administration, JPY put together a special package for stranded Xinet users. JPY realized that many Xinet customers were in an uncomfortable position because of these events, and hence would be considering their options while the administrators did their work.

To ensure that Xinet customers were able to get the functionality and continuity of support that they needed, JPY negotiated a special crossgrade deal from its vendors. Offering as much as a 50% discount on competing products from HELIOS, Archiware and Canto, the deal is aimed to ease the pain of a difficult transition for TPI customers. It will remain effective until the end of 2008.
