MRX™ tames business email without cracking the whip
Press Release

MRX™ give email the power of collaboration, without being heavy handed or restrictive in its use.

JPY is proud to announce the release of MRX™, the email management system that has been three years in the making. Born out of the needs of JPY as a company, MRX™ solves many of the problems email poses in the modern world.

MRX™ enables users to…

  • Find business email, no matter who sent it, or received it
  • Keep all business contacts in a central address book
  • Stay on the right side of the law regarding archiving and record keeping
  • Segregate personal email, without being recorded on the company email database
  • Create professional and personalised html mailouts

Unlike most email management systems, MRX™ can be used with existing email servers and clients. So from the user’s point of view, they can still send and receive in the same way, using the same applications.

The business address book is used for all business emails, and anything, to or from those addresses, is kept in the MRX™ database. This enables unprecedented power to search and retrieve information from email. It also means that personal emails can be sent and received without touching the database. This ensures confidentiality for personal email, and transparency for business email with no intervention from the user.

MRX™ enables users to track email in a number of ways. For example, if a client has sent email to the accounts department, sales department, customer service and the shipping department it can be difficult to keep track of the transactions. MRX™ automatically threads the interactions so that any department can see what communications have preceded their involvement.

In practice, this means if a customer has been quoted a price by a salesperson that is out of the office, the accounts department can verify it easily. If an email to the customer service department is received, the recipient can track all other communications with other departments.

The MRX™ system works with email from wherever the user might be, using any email client, even webmail. Unlike many CRM systems that require users to use built-in email, which is often ignored or bypassed, MRX™ gives maximum freedom to the user, while maintaining accessible records.

MRX™ includes a host of other features to maximise productivity, including a fully featured HTML email builder. This gives administrators the ability to put together newsletters and personalised marketing email in a graphics format with no knowledge of HTML.

Dr John Yardley, who developed MRX™, said “It’s easy to be a slave to email, but MRX™ puts businesses back in the driving seat. It’s transparent to the users, so doesn’t force them to change the way they work, or the tools that they use. It simply adds powerful collaboration and knowledge sharing tools.”

Prices for the MRX™ system range from £5,000 for 10 users, to £19,950 for 100 users. The price includes one day’s administrator training, client training isn’t required as the system is so transparent.
