Each one-day course will provide a self-contained introduction to Archiware PresSTORE at a technical level. Primarily intended for technical staff who will be installing and supporting the products, other reseller staff are also welcome to attend. Attendees will learn what the products do, how to install and configure them and how to work with JPY on an on-going basis to maintain and support installations. Whether you're new to the product or a seasoned PresSTORE expert, you're welcome to join us to update yourself on the current product-set.
In addition to all the new features in v4, the latest version allows you to upgrade existing v3 sites to take advantage of everything that's new. We'll cover how to upgrade existing sites. We expect version 4.2 to be released in advance of this course and if so will cover the new features therein.
Archiware PresSTORE consists of Backup, Archive, Synchronise and Backup2Go. The training will focus on Mac OS X with some coverage of the products use on Windows. More product information is available on our website.
The training is free of charge to resellers and will run from 10am until 4pm at our offices in Surbiton. Lunch will be provided. Please arrive after 9:30 and note that we cannot provide any parking spaces at our offices.
