Follow these steps (screengrabs included) to set yourself up an account on the Archiware Portal, search for your licenses, and generate verision 4 keys.

Update: This video provided by Archiware also shows how to use the portal to generate new keys.

Step 1

Visit the Archiware Portal sign-in / sign-up page and provide the required information, including an email address that works. 

Hit the button at the bottom of the page.

Step 2

You will receive an email asking you to click a link to activate your account.

Click the link!

Step 3

Once clicked, your account will be active. Click the link to login.

Step 4

Once logged in, click the 'Services' tab at the top of the page, and then 'Select an Installation' - highlighted in red below.

Enter the Host-ID and one of your serial numbers in the form and click 'Apply'.

Matching licenses are listed above the form. Click the HostID of the matching license (your license), again highlighted below.

Step 5

Details of all your licenses should now be shown. Bottom left is a link (highlighted) to upgrade to Version 4 - click it.

Step 6

You will receive an email to the address you registered with, which will include a new activation key for each of your licenses.
