Archiware Promotional Discounts
The following discounts are available for new sales of Archiware P5.
The discount must be requested when placing the order and is not applicable retrospectively
once an order has been processed. Please call for clarification of eligibility.
BRU trade-in promotion
Tolis Group, the manufacturer of BRU and ArGest, has ceased operations. Support and updates are no longer available for customers of these products. Archiware is responding by offering a generous trade-in promotion, available from Archiware Resellers.

This promotion runs from 8th October 2020 until 31st March 2021.

Qualifying installations will receive a 50% discount off UK list prices.

The purchased P5 installation must include the P5 Archive module to qualify.

The cost of the entire P5 installation purchased will qualify for the discount, e.g. additional slot/storage licenses will also be discounted.

The discount is not limited to the cost of the BRU/Argest installation being replaced.

A copy of the invoice for the Tolis products must be provided to qualify, showing the name of the customer purchasing.
These two P5 bundles are perfect for this BRU trade-in special offer. They include both a P5 Archive and P5 Backup license:
P5 Desktop LTO Edition (AWB501) - Ideal for customers who only have a single LTO tape drive and do not need to expand. Regular price £1,200. Trade-in price £600.
P5 Archive Edition (AWB523) - Perfect for customers with a small tape library. Regular price £4,000. Trade-in price £2,000.
Trade-up Discount
Target group:
Users of other competitive data management solutions.
Discount:
Up to 30% off the cost off the first Archiware P5 licence purchased.
Requirements:
Copy of previous product's invoice showing cost of competitive software.
Limitations:
Cannot be used in combination with any other promotional discount.
How It Works
This discount works by giving you the value of the software you are trading-in off your Archiware P5 order, with a maximum discount of 30% of the value of the order.
Example 1:
Customer has invoice for £500 for product being traded in. They are purchasing Archiware products to the value of £900. They are permitted the full 30% discount of £300 against the £900 providing a saving of £300.
Example 2:
Customer has invoice for £500 for product being traded in. They are purchasing Archiware products to the value of £2000. They are permitted a £500 discount for the products being traded in, since this is within the maximum 30% discount available.
Educational Discount
Target group: Universities, schools, colleges and all other educational institutions
Discount: 20%
Requirements: Proof of authority (website, letterhead etc.)
Limitations: Cannot be used in combination with any other promotional discount
Government Discount
Target group: Government departments, local authorities and other government institutions
Discount: 20%
Requirements: Proof of authority (website, letterhead etc.)
Limitations: Cannot be used in combination with any other promotional discount
Non-profit Org Discount
Target group: Non-profit organisations such as charities, ecology groups and human rights organisations etc.
Discount: 20%
Requirements: Proof of authority (website, letterhead etc.)
